Are you equipping women to stay?

Women are entering frontline policing and defence in growing numbers, yet critical equipment is still designed around male bodies.

The most overlooked gap is breast support under body armour. Bras are currently viewed as personal underwear - despite acting as a load-bearing interface that directly affects performance.

Poor breast support under armour contributes directly to neck, shoulder, and back injuries; reduced endurance and agility; discomfort-driven PPE non-compliance; nerve impingement causing finger numbness and migraines.

Annually, the USA spends approximately $8.6 billion in disability compensation for female Veterans for musculoskeletal injuries, including neck, shoulder, and back conditions. With proper supportand equipment, this is a preventable cost.

Biomechanics-led design

Patented innovative features follow the recommendations of world leading experts, proven to perform to the highest standards.

Training and education support for organisations

Working in partnerships with universities, we deliver in-person fitting training and breast health education for organisations. This ensures servicewomen are properly fitted and understand the importance of a breast support system.

Operational frontline feedback loop

A continuous feedback loop with militaries, police forces and Ukrainian frontline soldiers & combat medics guides ongoing development.

Key Outcomes

Reduced Preventable Injuries & Costs

Proper breast support improves load distribution, helping to alleviate neck, shoulder, and back strain. This reduces avoidable long-term injury risk and associated costs.

Better Armour Integration & Compliance

Improves how armour sits on the body, reducing chafing, pressure points, excess heat build-up, and discomfort - increasing willingness to wear issued PPE correctly.

Performance, Mobility & Endurance

Enhanced support improves range of motion, agility, and sustained performance while increasing the ability to perform operational tasks.

Retention & Operational Efficiency

Well-designed kit reduces distraction from discomfort and equipment-related issues, helping your organisation retain experienced personnel while allowing teams to focus fully on their role.

Frontline feedback from Ukraine

Tigers Eye is committed to building equipment that works specifically for servicewomen - not simply adapting solutions designed for men. Our innovation roadmap focuses on solving real problems in the field through wearable systems that prioritise operational readiness, performance, and health.

Upcoming Innovations

Tigers Eye is committed to building equipment that works for servicewomen - not adapting solutions designed for men. Our innovation roadmap focuses on solving real, field-identified problems through wearable systems that prioritise operational readiness, performance, and health.

In development

Heat-Sensing Bra

Heat stress is a recognised risk in physically demanding roles. Research from the US military and Harvard shows early detection can save lives, yet current wearable systems are rigid and poorly integrated with armour.

Tigers Eye is developing a heat-sensing bra that embeds monitoring directly into a garment women already wear, enabling earlier identification of heat strain without adding extra devices or compromising performance.

Field testing

Officer's Bra

Research from the University of Portsmouth recommended issuing two types of bras, recognising that not all duties require body armour or full operational kit.

Tigers Eye developed the Officers’ Bra for non-operational and office-based roles, providing appropriate support, comfort, and posture during long shifts - ensuring women are properly equipped across all duties, not just on the frontline.

Field Testing

Antibacterial Operational Underwear

Research led by Camilla de Camargo identified that 38% of policewomen reported issues with thrush, with the same concerns raised by frontline personnel operating in demanding environments.

Tigers Eye developed antibacterial operational underwear designed for prolonged wear, moisture control, and hygiene - addressing a preventable barrier to comfort, health, and performance in critical services.

Near completion

Fireproof Bra

Standard bras are not designed for fire environments, yet women are required to wear them under fire-rated PPE, creating a clear equipment gap.

Tigers Eye is developing a fireproof bra in collaboration with specialist textile manufacturers. Creating fire-resistant materials that remain elastic, supportive, and wearable has been technically complex, and development is now nearing completion, with firewomen worldwide ready to participate in testing.

In development

T3 Next-Generation Bra

Building on ongoing UK police and military trials, the next evolution of the T3 bra continues to be shaped by real operational feedback.

The updated design focuses on improved load distribution, increased durability, refined armour compatibility, and expanded sizing to provide a better fit across more women - ensuring the bra evolves through real-world use, not assumptions or fashion.

IN DEVELOPMENT

3D LiDAR Sizing App

Accurate bra sizing is critical to performance, yet traditional fitting is time-intensive and difficult to scale across large organisations.

Tigers Eye is developing a 3D LiDAR sizing app that allows women to scan themselves using their phone, providing fast, accurate sizing from home or on base. This supports consistent fit, reduces fitting time, and enables more efficient rollout across police, military, and critical services.

What servicewomen are saying

CorrieBritish Firefighter

Having got one of your bras at the start of the year, it's been a total game-changer for me! I've been putting it through its paces both in my role as a firefighter (and finally got to test it for a hot BA wear), as well as largely for running and also riding day to day. It's comfy, and more importantly, really wicking/breathable and doesn't get hot, sticky and uncomfortable to wear like some bras I've used in the past.

KarenBritish Police Officer

“I have an array of sports bras in various prices as I am a police officer, a runner and a lady who likes to lift weights. Every single bra other than the Tigers Eye has left me with some form of chaffing after a long run, despite being measured and fitted.I wore it for a normal day at work. The comfort was so impressive, I had shape, support I didn't feel squashed.I fact it felt so good I forgot I was wearing it."

MalakDanish Military

"HUGE difference already! The support is insane. I feel like it supported my entire upper body. That’swild! Iteliminated all bounce. My Garmin says my breathing was phenomenally better than yesterday (in a different bra)!"

SarahDutch Firefighter

"After a fast cooper test to BA training my Tigers Eye stayed put and was one thing less on my mind. I felt so comfy and confident in my kit, thank you so much!"

JennyICU Nurse, UK

"As an ICU nurse, all day comfort is very important for me. For someone who’s on their feet all day prioritising patients' care above your own needs, a comfortable and supportive bra isa must. My shifts are long (12hrs)and I need a bra that I can trust. Finally, having something that’s comfortable for long period is a life changer. Having an anti-bacterial fabric in the bra is also great bonus."

ElaineUSA Police Officer

"When I return tof ull-duty as a Police Officer after the birth of my child, I know I can count on Tigers Eye to provide the additional support I need under my body armor."

JuneGerman Civil Defence

"The bra is above and beyond everything I’ve owned before. The support is great and there’s no chafing or movement even with a lot of sweat or heat. When I’m training or reporting for duty, it’s comfortable the entire time."
